Every day, Louisa County teachers inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. The Louisa Education Foundation's Teacher Grants Program helps bring their innovative ideas to life by providing funding for projects and classroom experiences that extend beyond traditional school budgets.
Through a direct partnership with Louisa County Public Schools, the Louisa Education Foundation helps fund 5Cs Innovation Grants that empower educators to create engaging, hands-on learning opportunities that prepare students for success in school and beyond.
5Cs Innovation Grants support projects that promote one or more of the following essential skills:
Communication
Collaboration
Creativity
Citizenship
Critical Thinking
Together with LCPS, we awarded 38 teacher grants exceeding $40,000 in 2025-2026.
Whether it's introducing new STEM technology, creating collaborative learning spaces, launching creative classroom projects, or providing unique educational experiences, Teacher Grants help turn great ideas into meaningful opportunities for students.
